The Fractional Ownership of properties by the BRIK model divides it into 11 equal shares. The fractions are created in such a manner to ensure the Owners get maximum usage rights and optimum rental yields for a financial year.

Powerful Liquidation

Every property is sold only if more than 6 BRIK owners are willing to liquidate, until then management of the property is done by us. Still, as mentioned clearly it gives total security of liquidation, Every owner is free to deal with his BRIK in any manner after completion of the lock-in period. The BRIK insures he get the desired returns at the time of liquidation, which can never be less than the initial investment. The Owner is free to do anything with his own BRIK like Sell it, Use it, Redeem it, Mortgage it, Gift it, Transfer it assuring him of total freedom.

Ownership Funnel

Once all the BRIKs are sold, every owner is made a share holder of a SPV(Special purpose vehicle) through which they own thier property managed by BRIK itt!.

Returns and Tracking

Our Fees

Conveyance fee

We Charge a one time Conveyance fee for transactions and varies from BRIK to BRIK.

Hurdle fee

We Charge 25% profit share on capital gains only after we have met your minimum growth rate of 11% YoY for you.

Management fee

A management fee is charged for the upkeep of the team aligned for property management and varies for BRIK type.
